The Dragon of Hidden Treasures - In Chinese mythology the Futs-Lung (see wiki), or Futs-Long, are the Chinese underworld dragons which guard buried treasures, both natural and man-made. Volcanoes are said to be created when they burst out of the ground to report to heaven.

"Origin unknown" was the conclusion
of the insurance investigator.
A dictum of certain absolution
an act of Fate (that most cruel dictator)
But the man bent the truth, for he knows well
where the flames started that consumed my house:
In the heart of eponymous dragon
which brave fire-fighters could never douse
Of the burning of mine own heart, there is
no report. But I know the eyes and touch
of a wingéd serpent fair, and the kiss
that holds me fastened, secure in her clutch
What she'll do with me, I can only guess
If part we must, I crave a last caress
